Expressions:

  • ɔ̀r tàa àdɨ̄ [dèē]

    cause [s.o.] trouble

    Exemple:

    Kàsɨ̀ kɨ́ kà̰ӯ ngá̰y à ɔ̀r tàa àdɨ̄-ī.

    Drinking too much will cause you a lot of trouble.

  • ɔ̀r [dèē] [ɗāa yá̰a̰] sì-á

    drag [s.o.] along with one {making him come}

    Exemple:

    ɔ̀r-m̄ ɗèē sè-ḿ kɨ̀-ndāńg.

    He made me go with him for nothing. [lit: he-dragged-me he-came with-me for-nothing]

  • ɔ̀r nàng (=ɔ̀dɨ̀ nàng)

    touch the ground, drag along the ground (i.e. clothing)

  • ɔ̀r tɔ̀ӯ

    blow away (clouds); float away in current

    Exemple:

    Ndīi ɔ̀r tɔ̀ӯ.

    The rain clouds have blown away.
